I'm not going to get ParseTree working on windows.

I don't use windows. I don't like windows. I don't think that real  
developers who want to be effective should use windows. If someone  
else wants to do it, fine, but it isn't my job. I'll stick to unix  
based operating systems where developers are well supported.

P.S. use mechanize and you won't have these problems. the scRUBYt guy  
doesn't play well with others. Aaron (the week 4 guy) does.
