[Uw-ruby] Uw-ruby Digest, Vol 2, Issue 12

optparse.rb makes reference to handling "non-switch"
(i.e -arg ) based arguments via the class
PlacedArgument, but I can't figure out how to use it.
This is not a show stopper for me, was just
wondering...
