[Uw-ruby] HW deadline suggestion

If you don't grade homework on the weekends, then why ask for the 
homework just before a weekend? I'm sure most of us work during the week 
and having the time on a weekend to work on a problem is helpful to us. 

I'd rather see due dates on a Monday or Tuesday instead of a Friday. It 
also seems a bit out of order to have Week 6 homework due before Weeks 4 
& 5. Since we don't have class on the 21st, why not make Week 6 due on 
11/26 and Week 7 due 12/3?
