[Uw-ruby] HW deadline suggestion

I'm very open to suggestion, but would like to hear more from the
class what they think. In particular, I'm curious about Sam's

I'm open to that, as long as you understand that I simply will NOT
grade homework over the weekend. Weekends are MINE. :)
