[Uw-ruby] HW deadline suggestion

Here is a suggestion for the Ruby HW:

In Russ Moul's UW Extension Java class (last year), HW was assigned on
Wed but due 9 days later on the Fri of the following week.  This may
sound kind of nuts; but it actually worked out well for this reason:
Students would work on their assignments (which were very hard), then on
the following Wed, Russ would spend part of the class answering
questions, explaining stuff, etc.  Students who had worked on the
assignment; but were stuck could get unstuck.  Students who had done no
work before then probably didn't understand what was being talked about,
so gained little. No, he didn't give the answer away.

I propose this model for our Ruby class.  That would make HW 6 due at
midnight Nov 16.  (And yes, if you must know, I am stuck on HW 6.)
