Tests need to pass 100% before you turn them in. If you're stuck on a  
failing test, use the mailing list and other resources (including me)  
to figure out the problem. If you turn in a failing test, I'm then  
forced either start debugging your homework (that's your job) or grade  
you down. In some cases (esp the earlier homework) I'll spend the time  
debugging to try to figure out where you got stuck, but I simply can't  
do that as much as the homework gets more complex and freeform.
