I agree with the others about having to invest in "group time" for 
Rails.  This type of class just can't be effectively operated like an 
undergrad "on campus" type of class where it is assumed that students 
have a lot of dynamic access.  This is especially true in the Puget 
Sound area where we are scattered over about 100 square miles and 
traffic is a major problem.  For those of us who have families, we all 
make enough allowances for weekend and evening work.  Adding the extra 
coordination with one or two other individuals outside of the one day 
per week simply isn't feasible at least in my case.

This is sort of a go/no go issue for my continuing with the Rails class, 
so I'm encouraged that others have brought this up and are discussing 
the issue.
