Howdy!

Blue Box Group, a rails oriented hosting provider with offices in  
Tacoma, WA has undergone another year of explosive growth.  With a  
number of new products on the horizon, and a number of internal tools  
in development, we've reached a point where our existing programming  
staff is over taxed and needs some additional relief.  We're looking  
to hire 1-2 additional programmers to advance these new initiatives.   
Salary and the actual position will depend on experience, but we've  
got a development lead role available for the right candidate.  We  
have a competitive benefits package, and working from home is an  
option (so relocating to Tacoma isn't required).

I know most of Seattle.rb is gainfully employed, but if you're aware
