[Rubyjobs] looking for ruby & search experience

I'm looking for a developer with ruby experience, preferably also with a bit
of search (ferret) and crawling experience.  I'm working with a startup in
Seattle (Pioneer Square) that is crawling and indexing message
boards/forums.  We would like to find someone who can give at least 20
hours/week towards the project, preferrably 40.  There is definitely the
possibility for a permanent position for the right person.  Compensation
depends on experience, but would be in the range of $30-60/hr.  Drop me an
