Hiya--

I'm looking for someone to help on a prototype I've been building for a
pre-funding startup I'm involved with.  It's a pretty straightforward app
with only a few oddities, and I'm looking for someone who can help me out
with a punch list of things that need to be done before we can launch a
private beta. 

This is a short-term, freelance opportunity.  (Obviously, depending on our
success, there may be more opportunity. :)  We're a virtual team, so you can
work on your own schedule.  I will pay a fair hourly rate depending on
experience, and am willing to pay a premium for a Sr. Developer with Rails
experience.  (I've learned in my career that one high-quality, experienced
developer is worth more than a dozen average developers.)
