 * expertise in client/server networked applications
 * knowledge of *nix, web servers, application servers
 * CSS, AJAX and other "rich web" skills
 * verbal and written communication skills
 * a willingness to teach
 * experience w/ subversion, PostgreSQL, Trac/Bugzilla

 * Huge +, you are someone who understands ORM infrastructure and ideal DB design for large scale Data warehouses and reporting infrastructure
 * Leadership skills
 * Mobile device development
