*Web Applications Engineer* | Seattle, WA | Full-time
*Position Summary*
Do you know how to render XML in Ruby, convert it to JSON, render it to
XHTML and create a stunning user experience? Let's talk.
Trusera is looking for an experienced web applications engineer to develop
and deploy a new way to access health information on the Internet. You will
develop a world-class, cutting-edge UI using the web's most powerful tools.
You'll join a team of experienced entrepreneurs, software engineers, product
experts, and web designers with experience in high growth technology
businesses. You'll be expected to be versatile, passionate, and innovative.

*Qualifications*
- Experience with or demonstrated interest in Open Source and Ruby On
Rails is a plus.
- 3+ yrs direct experience in application development and website
creation
- Experience with AJAX, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and browser DOM
manipulation.
- Understanding of search engine optimization, personalization, and
cross-site scripting vulnerabilities.
- Passion for customer experience
- Must possess a strong work ethic and enjoy working in a fast-paced
environment.
- Able to work in both Unix/Linux and Mac OSX environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. (Master's in CS
preferred)
- Nice to haves include: SQL database, REST/SOAP Web service creation
and usage.
