*Job Profile*

Trusera is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to help us change
the way the world experiences health information on the web. This is an
exciting role as the first dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer to our team.
As the QA founding member you will play an integral part in forming the QA
process and procedures. Your overall job is not only to run the tools and
scripts that give us confidence that our regression tests are running
correctly but help design future QA processes that will ultimately ensure a
high quality product design. Your daily input will be required during the
design and implementation phase so that we deliver with an eye towards
testing, scalability, and maintainability.

*Key Responsibilities:*

·         Responsible for running and creating regression tests,
incorporating multiple test frameworks (Ruby on Rails test harnesses, WATIR,
etc.)

·         Report the success and failures of our testing and advise on the
stability of the product and its readiness for deployment into production

·         Evaluate usage frameworks, document defects and re-test corrected
defects

·         Document QA best practices for future reference for our
developers.

*Current Technical Environment:***

Mac Linux MySQL, Ruby on Rails, Watir
*Job Qualifications*

·         4 years + of demonstrated success working in a QA department
testing a large public website

·         Proven ability to design, develop and execute a software quality
assurance plan for

a web-based application

·         Excellent  written and verbal communication skills for both
documenting bugs and tickets in our defect tracking system, and for
reporting quality metrics to our engineers about our code base and our
regression tests

·         Ability to work collaboratively with a small team to help develop
software in frameworks such as Watir and the Ruby on Rails test harnesses

·         A strong attention to detail

·         Past QA lead or QA Manager exp is a plus
