CrystalCommerce is looking to hire a software developer to take a strong
leadership position in our company, directing the development of our
software. We already have a working beta product, and need someone that can
get us to the next level. We also want to find someone that is willing to
get invested in the success of our clients, and as a result, the success of
our business.

*The ideal candidate will:*

   - have a strong technical background: Ruby on Rails, complex SQL
   queries, XHTML/CSS, a good working knowledge of Unix, and be able to use and
   understand 3rd-party XML APIs (experience with eBay is a plus)
   - be able to help direct the vision for our software.
   - be able to learn, process, and understand new concepts quickly
   - be able to manage other programmers on your team to deliver quality
   results on time
