Are you a hacker at heart who love rails? 

 

We have just finished our second round of financing and do have plenty funds
to hire the best. We are in stealth mode so I can't talk too much.

 

We are looking for Rails expert, preferably an hacker. who wants to be part
of the superstar team.  

Compensation: 100K - 120K  

 

Position Type: Full time 

Qualifications: 

* Amazing Ruby on Rails coder who takes no prisoners

* Learn new languages extremely fast

* Intensely driven and proactive person

* Extremely hard working. This is a start-up - team members work long hours

* Quick learner and real doer. Err on execution over strategy

* Likeable person who garners respect on and off the job

* Thrive on chaos, risk, and uncertainty

* Should be easy to get along with, nice, fun, smart, ethical, and
low-maintenance

* Strong desire to build a more ethical society

* Desire to be an early employee and want to be a real owner in their future

*  Should want to live in Seattle (relocation package available if
necessary)

* All levels of experiences should apply (3-25+ years experience) 

* Strong Web and database programming with Ruby on Rails and mysql and other
open source applications

* contributor to the rails community

* Strong knowledge of OOP and MVC2 is desired

* Inspire others to write great code

* Build out next set of ground-breaking features

* Build algorithms to detect and attack fraud

* Solve the most complex engineering problems no one else in the world is
