[Rubyjobs] Rubyjobs Digest, Vol 8, Issue 1

Not specifically seeking a Jr. Dev but willing to accommodate a Jr.
candidate with stellar skills.

"Market rate" translates roughly to "name your price" (within reason).
We're flexible, and will make a competitive offer based on the
experience and skills of each applicant. Market rate will of course vary
greatly between a Jr. dev with experience in Ruby or Perl and a Sr.
candidate who's done professional work with RoR. We are happy to adjust
accordingly.

Thanks!

Paul

Market Rate? What does that mean these days? Sounds like you're
looking for a Jr Dev.
