[Rubyjobs] Looking for good Ruby/ROR devs (who isn't?)

We're a well-funded startup in super-stealth mode looking for some  
experienced Ruby devs. Rails is only part of what we are doing so we  
need folks with more than just ROR exp. We're running a very agile  
shop focused on incremental and iterative development. We have some  
Java, but most forward-dev work is in Ruby. We have lots of  
opportunities for distributed programming, scaling, text-parsing and  
a host of other sink-your-teeth issues.

Our goal is to build out the "connective tissue" of the web (think
