Dear Seattle Rails Programmers:

I'm looking for a Rails developer (or developers) to take ownership of a CRM
app that I wrote for a non-profit arts organization in Seattle. It's been in
use for about a year and "does the job," but it could use some improvements,
and the client wants some additional features. The pay is small--I did the
work pro bono, but they are able to offer some compensation. If you have any
