We are building a new killer web app for the affiliate channel (for  
websites and blogs to monetize their sites) and need another great  
Ruby on Rails developer to collaborate with us. We're a small,  
creative, close team and are looking for an entrepreneurial type who  
is a self-starter.

Help scale our application to handle the overwhelming demand we are  
struggling to keep up with. You need to be willing to roll up your  
sleeves and dig in to the Prototype/Scriptaculous/Ajax heavy  
interface while also having solid database skills.
