[Rubyjobs] Ruby on Rails and/or Flex developer for newly funded startup

We are looking for talented flexible programmers to work on a newly funded
startup with marquee investors and advisors. This project has incredible
significance and long term potential, so passion and enthusiasm for the
philosophy and ideals of the project is of great importance. The project
will be done in Ruby on Rails for the back-end, and html and Flex2 for the
front-end. You will be working directly with the CTO and helping implement
an Alpha prototype of the project, followed by a Beta version and then
commercial release. The ability to evaluate and re-use open source software
when appropriate is important for speed and quality of execution. 

Required Skills 
- Strong knowledge of the Ruby language and the Rails framework 
- Experience with SQL 
- Working knowledge of Javascript and/or Actionscript 

Desired skills 
- Ability to work with Linux 
- Experience with Flex 2
