Seattle startup blist is looking for an accomplished software engineer for a
key, visible, permanent, full-time role. If you don't know us, we're
building the world's easiest database, targeted at mainstream users, offered
as a service (i.e. database in the cloud). We've recently been written up on
TechCrunch
(http://www.techcrunch.com/2007/11/10/blist-prepares-easy-web-based-database
-application/) and ZDNet (http://blogs.zdnet.com/Stewart/?p=648) among other
places. We'll launch our service early next year.

You can read more about blist on our website (http://www.blist.com) and our
blog (http://www.blist.com/blog). We ran a post on our blog last week
outlining what we're looking for in a software engineer
(http://www.blist.com/blog/index.php/2007/11/27/blist-is-hiring-software-eng
ineers-in-seattle/). I encourage you to read that post as a starting point.

We are a well capitalized team of 6 in Pioneer Square. We'll probably double
in size over the next 6 to 8 months. We're a core team of strong engineers
and UI/UX professionals who are really passionate about technology and
making great software for mainstream users. If you share our passion, we'd
love to hear from you.

Principals only, please.
