I am looking for a Rails developer to help me on a project.

It is a rather stale business process to be automated, but there
is a lot of room to be creative and do cool, innnovative stuff.

I am a long-time program manager but new to Rails and could
use some experienced coding muscle.

I can pay reasonably well for the right skill set. It'd be great to
find someone in Seattle.
