Hey Tom,

I'd really like to see better processes supported by rubyforge. The 3 
states of a bug (Open, Closed, Deleted) really don't support very much 
communication. I'd like to see some states that support going back and 
forth with the customer in a more official way, Something like (Open, 
Debug, Closed, Deleted) would help a lot.
