Apparently my data was very stale.

I just talked to a barista and apparently the building owner has hired  
Seattle's Best Lawyers® to fight sound transit's takeover via eminent  
domain... So there is a very good chance that vivace will stay where  
it is until June, when the new location _should_ be completed.
