[Ruby] it is time... where to meet?

+1 for a more structured meeting / presentation once a month.

The US1 building seems like it is a better location public  
transportation wise if we can sort out the security and wireless issues.

I occasionally work from OfficeNomads coworking space on Capitol Hill  
and they have a fairly large conference room adjoining an open area  
with a few couches and chairs that could probably accommodate a  
decent sized group. I'll check in to availability and access later  
when the folks who run it are back around.
