+1 Shinka

The Yale street Vivace is a nice place, but it seems that Shinka Tea
would be a much easier transition from the current location. Meeting
at Shinka would also make an easier transition back to the Broadway
Vivace when it is ready.

Not to mention the fact that they have decent wall space. I would be
glad to bring my projector on occasion if someone wants to give a
presentation.
