[Ruby] it is time... where to meet?

Come April 1st, Vivace will be closed at its current location for the  
sound transit light rail project (they're taking over this block and  
the block north of it). Because of construction snafus, the new  
location (in the brix condos building north on broadway) will not be  
available for a few months.

So... where to meet?

We could meet at the Yale street Vivace (near REI), Shinka tea, or...  
I'm open to options... but I'd like it to meet the following parameters:

+ open late, at least until 9, preferably later. (ie, Seattle Library  
is right out).
+ good coffee or tea, snacks, etc.
+ near good food for dinner options.
+ near good bus options.
+ has ample parking on a tuesday night. (nobody is going to pretend  
that cap hill has parking on a friday--but tuesday is fairly reasonable)

Personally I think shinka is a better option than the yale street  
vivace. The parking down there is a bit sketchy.
