Thats an interesting consideration that I had not thought of before.
I wrote it to be used in a queue that processes and then posts
cellphone images to some private skateboard forums in Seattle. In
those cases it is acting as a user of the forum with login credentials
and is subjected to the spam controls that WWF and phpBB have in
place. It is a feature of the library to a raise meaningful exception
when it encounters spam/throttling conditions so that an application
can be written to recover from such a situation and not loose any
information that is to be posted.
