i updated our calendar of meetings up through january on  
rubyholic.com. so the answer to that question "is there a meeting  
this week?" is 'yes'. to confirm check our schedule on rubyholic.

incidentally enough, xmas falls on a tuesday. who knows if anyone  
will be around for the meeting.
