[Ruby] Want ar_mailer and exception_notification to play nice

Apparently not. When I set ExceptionNotifier.delivery_method to :smtp,
all messages are sent that way, i.e. ar_mailer is bypassed.

So I guess my next question is it possible to have ar_mailer deliver
the exception notices generated by the exception_notification plugin?
