[Ruby] Email delivery & Ruby/Rails

Having switched from sendmail to postfix a few years ago, I would
emphatically say "Yes!". The network level filtering in postfix along
makes it worthwhile, not to mention, not having to wrangle with
autogenning sendmail.cf files from sendmail.mc hacks.

Postfix: clean, elegant, easy to manage.
