Hello Again!

Following on last night's request for recommendations (thank you very
much.that was very helpful!) I'm wondering if anybody has recommendations
for a content management system.  

For all intents and purposes, I've got an e-commerce site I'm building.
But, my internal users need the ability to publish a FAQ, About Us, Privacy
Policy, etc, and I would like to provide them a self-serve way to do this
(without rolling my own).

I've looked at Radiant (which looks great) but it seems that it needs to be
its own Rails app, whereas I need to integrate a CMS into my existing Rails
app.  

That being said:

a)	Does anybody have any suggestions for a CMS?
		
b)	Am I right about Radiant?  Or, is there a way to integrate it?
