[Ruby] ISO: Rails Host

Howdy!

I'm in the process of moving from a Windows to *nix world for my Rails apps.
I had planned to use Joyent as my web host, but it turns out that a key
piece of software I need for my app (PrinceXML) does not run on the OS they
use (OpenSolaris/x86).  That being said:

a)	Does anybody have any recommendations for an alternative web host?
While cost is important, I'm not looking for the lowest cost provider
because I'm hosting a commercial app, so other features, such as support and
responsiveness, etc., are very important and valuable to me.

b)	Does anybody have any recommendations for a high-quality HTML->PDF
converter that does run on OpenSolaris/x86?

Any input or suggestions you have are welcome!
