[Ruby] rubyjobs@ principal only?

How many mails per week does the jobs list get?  I seem to only get a few.

It seems to me that if you're trying to have seattle.rb be *the* address for
Ruby developers in Seattle, then you'd want to keep it open to everyone for
as long as possible.  Then, when the volume becomes too obnoxious, add
restrictions.
