[Ruby] global moderation lifted

The global moderation bit has been cleared.

This week has been really hard on me, mostly because of the drama  
that ensued on (and off--mostly off) this list. Critique my code all  
you want and I'm fine with it, but apparently if you critique how I  
deal with issues of sexism/racism/etc then I take it like a ton of  
bricks.

Anyhow... I've rejected the last of the email in the moderation  
queue. Things have been quiet for about a day. Hopefully we can pick  
up and move on. I'm really sorry we had to deal with this at all.

Again, thanks to you all for your support and participation in  
Seattle.rb. I really do appreciate it.
