[Ruby] racism, sexism and other asshattery

This shouldn't have to be said. Not in this day and age. But today's  
thread made it clear that this email is necessary.

Under no uncertain terms will any level of intentional racism, sexism  
or any other sort of asshattery be tolerated. I say "intentional" on  
purpose because some people are ignorant of their ways but they can  
_learn_. Some others can't. Those people are the ones I'm addressing  
tonight.

To clarify:

Ben's email was fine. It was obvious to me he meant no harm, didn't  
know of the rubychicks thing, and apologized promptly to signal that  
he understood and was on board. However, Daevid's email was the last  
straw for me. The problem has been taken care of and I hope that this  
is the last of it.

Thanks to you all for your support and participation in Seattle.rb. I
