[Ruby] memcached-like Ruby+Erlang implementation

Yeah. I was there for it. Looks absolutely fantastic. Frankly, I can't 
wait. I've been having problems with nginx and the documentation is in 
Russian (which I sadly don't speak). I hope Fuzed does SSL.

Erlang looks very cool, but I agree with DT that it will work best in 
partnership with Ruby rather than instead of Ruby.
