[Ruby] memcached-like Ruby+Erlang implementation

Charles,

After Dan Moniz blew off his "Rails Security: Theory and Practice" session
on Sunday there was a demo of Fuzed.  Looks really good.  Some really neat
on the fly configuration features.  They have big plans but have only been
working on it for 2 weeks.
