[Ruby] interesting problems with ParseTree and Heckle

That is my point. Any x.y.z release is a point release. It's funny that Ruby
hasn't had a significant update in a year. During that timeframe on most
software, you would jump a full version.

Anyways, it wasn't meant as a pan on Ruby or anything, I just thought it was
funny that the scale was so skewed compared to "most" software.

No offence intended. Don't get your ruby colored panties in a bunch. ;-)
