[Ruby] Seattle.rb T-Shirts

I was able to collect cash and extra orders for the T-Shirts from
everyone at the BBQ except for Jesse Clark and Jordan Isip.  I think
I'm going down to FOSCON in PDX on Tuesday July 24th.  Shaners will
also be away at ComicCon.  Shaners said he'll have the shirts produced
at the beginning of August.  I'll definitely be at Seattle.rb on
Tuesday August 31st so that will be the cutoff for collecting orders
and payment.

As I said the shirts are $15 and I can send them to those that are
remote for an additional $5.

Shaners said that the shirts will be black American Apparel brand with
his version of the Space Needle over Ruby logo.  The graphic will be
placed on the front and will be chest sized in a two color print.
