Shaners can't produce shirts until later in July.  I'll take orders so
send me your T-Shirt size off-thread and I'll add you to the list.
We need to pre-pay the shirts as that is the only way to show your
commitment and not put risk on Shaner's generous production offer.

Also my experience has been on self produced shirts we need to put a
little bit more padding on the price for unforeseen expenses.

I propose $15 per shirt.
I will mail shirts as well so add $5 to your order if you can't pick
up your shirt locally.

I'll collect payment for the orders at the BBQ on 07/17 and the
regular meeting on 07/24.  If you are out of the area contact me
off-thread for means of sending payment.

If there is any money leftover from the production I propose that we
use it towards renting a room for a presentation on one of the
Tuesdays that the Vivace Cafe is not available.
