[Ruby] Ignite Seattle!

I went to the last (which was also the first) Ignite and it was a good
time. The presentations were interesting and varied. The format (15
seconds per slide, completely automated and out of the speaker's control)
forced everyone to get their point out quickly and provided a level of
entertainment in it's own right.

I was considering submitting a (non-Ruby-related) presenation to this one
but wimped out. Recommendations if you're thinking of giving a talk:

- Nerdy-ish crowd, although not necessarily programmers, definitely
tech-heavy
- Comedy goes over well. People are drinking and looking to have a good
time as much as they're looking to learn something.
