[Ruby] Tutorials

I was bummed that they put the Scaling and TDD tutorials in the same time
slot. None of the later ones look that interesting. I'm going to the Scaling
one in the morning and Harnessing Capistrano in the afternoon. Hopefully
those two will compliment each other and prove useful for easy deployment.

FWIW, the all-day Rails Guidebook Tutorial didn't really appeal to me. I
picked the Scaling tutorial (that's gonna be a popular one) and DRY-ing up
your Views.
