[Ruby] Rails conf 07 Tutorials

[Michael Kreeger]

Does anyone have any suggestions on the tutorials.  I was considering
either the Guidebook Tutorial or Scaling a Rails Application from the
Bottom Up and Harnessing Capistrano.

Any suggestions?
