[Ruby] Adding a project member to a RubyForge project

I have a contributor to the MMS2R project on RubyForge that I would
like to give write access to.  What user level should I give him?:
Admin or Senior Developer or Junior Developer?  He already has a
RubyForge account and contributes to other projects.

This is my first time adding a contributor to a project so I would
appreciate any experience that Seattle.rb can share about this.
