[Ruby] rdoc S.T.B.

Anyone know what the hell is going on here? I was trying to run "rdoc
--ri-system" (or something like that, can't remember off the top of my
head), and it jams along fine for like 20 minutes or more with stuff like
this, then it stops at that last line and the HD just spins forever. 

I left it running all night, thinking maybe it just takes a while, but it
was still the same at 10:30am. 

I first tried this same command on a VMWare Gentoo install that I do all my
LAMP/Ruby/ROR dev on. It did this same behaviour. Then I tried it on my real
Gentoo install on my notebook (that you see me bring to the meetings). Same
thing.
