The new Vivace, South Lake Union across from REI, has a walled off
area that you can reserve.  At least down there it is hardly ever
reserved in the evenings and it is free.  Reserving it also is as easy
as going by and putting your name on the calendar.

It also has pretty decent bus service.  The 8 stops just around the corner.
