[Ruby] new venue?

So, redline was sold. I dunno when it is going to officially close or  
how long it'll be in remodel, nor do I know if the new place would be  
amenable to our meetings or not... I'll look at vivace (the seattle  
wireless guys moved there). Any other suggestions? Seattle / King  
libraries are all right out because they close too early. I'd prefer  
our meetings be on the west-side and easily accessible by bus (that  
runs late) to make parking a non-issue.
