[Ruby] MediaTemple GridServer Experiences?

I agree, with 64MB I'd only have one process running.   The package I  
was actually considering was the 1GB one for $75/month.  I could run  
at least a dozen processes with that.

Thanks for the tips.  I'll check out Rimuhosting, Amazon EC2, and  
EngineYard later today.

I think another thing that was appealing about MediaTemple's package  
was that they managed the servers.  I occasionally get burst traffic,  
so I feel I need a dedicated server.  But I really hate applying  
patches and getting an unmanaged server up (for example, turning on  
sendmail and ftp, worrying about breaking cPanel by installing  
mod_fastcgi, etc.)  It would be nice for the server to work out-of- 
the-box for once.

By the way, Geoffrey, I saw your talk on Graphing with Gruff at  
Canada on Rails.  It was one of the better talks of the conference  
and I got a lot out of it.
