[Ruby] MediaTemple GridServer Experiences?

On Geoffrey's recommendation I'm using Rimu as well (although dedicated)...
their support kicks ass. Beware though - their default Sarge box is a
frigging nightmare - they're running Sarge with a RedHat boot loader or some
such nonsense - so, if you go dedicated ask for Ubuntu to start off with
(this is from my Linux guy ... I'm obviously not the linux admin on this).
